The Northern Chapter of the British Business Group covers the arc of highlands from the Ngorongoro to the Usambaras including the towns of Babati, Arusha, Moshi, Mwanga, Same and Lushoto. The Chapter contains a wide range of businesses, with strong representation in the Tourism, Agriculture & Food Production, Transportation & Logistics and Manufacturing & Retail sectors.
It is the largest and fastest growing of the Chapters and currently has 100 members within a wider network of around 120 people. It has its own Committee comprising; Phil Bowen(Chair), Bhikhu Sachdev (Vice-Chair), Kaka Dhariwal (Treasurer), Chris Gee (Secretary), John Bearcroft, Jules Knocker, Manraj Sidhu, Ameet Sidhu, Mark Walker, Dipak Odedra & Kuki Aggarwal (Committee Members) with Mehul Aggarwal (Member Moshi). Members meetings take place bi-monthly and are staggered with Dar es Salaam. Chapter Committee meetings are on alternate months.
